Postage

Most parcels will be posted the next working day, we aim to take a maximum of 2 working days (except for seasonal orders placed in advance)

We use recycled or recyclable packaging as much as possible, and only use plastic where it's genuinely needed.

Our standard postage is Royal Mail 2nd class starting at £3.95 (now including a small charge towards packaging costs), larger orders may be packaged in 2 or more boxes and your boxes may be sent separately). If you buy in bulk I may need on occasion to ask you for additional postage costs, as I keep my delivery prices as low as possible to give you the best value when shopping for your dog(s)

By popular demand we now offer free shipping when you spend over £35, however if your order is very heavy you may still be asked to pay a fee

Returns

All dog treats are non returnable as they are a consumable product.
Non food items must be in the original and unused condition to qualify for a return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify if you wish to return it, and return it within 30 days
